Pack 30 – City Museum
Just a reminder that next Saturday, April 21st, is our Pack Outing to the City Museum.
We will meet at school at 10:00 AM and caravan out. The cost is $6 per person and is due in cash before we leave the school. I am asking for cash because I will have to pay for the entire group with one form of payment. When we arrive I will pay for the group and then pass out the wristbands. Family and Friends are invited to attend at this price as well. All children under the age of 17 must have an adult chaperone at all times.
This is a great opportunity for the boys to earn the art beltloop and for the Webelos to earn the artist activity pin.

March Belt Loop – Basketball
Pack 30 is happy to announce the Belt Loop for March 2012 will be the Basketball Belt Loop. To be recognized for this achivement you and your child must:
1 – Complete the Basketball Belt Loop worksheet LINK HERE
2 – Turn in your completed worksheet to you Den leader so it may be entered into the Pack Master Awards software.
3 – Remember our Motto, “Do Your Best”. Each scout that does their best to complete the requirements for this Belt Loop will be award this achievement.
As a reminder the this is the only Belt Loop that the pack will be paying for at the Feb. awards ceremony per our new awards policy. All other belt loops will be purchased by the PACK and the money will be deducted from your scouts account.

Scout Day at the Circus!
Sunday April 1st Cub Scouts and their families have a special pricing and seating for the Shriner Circus at the Family Arena. The cost is $8.00 per ticket. If you would like to purchase tickets please turn in the money at the March Pack Meeting to Stacey Rigger.
City Museum
Pack 30 is going to the City Museum!
We will be going on April 21st. The scout, his family and friends can all get in for the special scout price of $6 per person. We will meet at 10:00 AM in the school’s parking lot then caravan out to the museum. Please let Stacey Rigger know the number of people you plan to bring at the March Pack Meeting or by email.
The money is due the morning of the 21st when we meet at the school. Please pay with cash, I have to submit only one form of payment to the museum when we arrive. After I check us in and pay I will pass out wristbands. There is extra cost for the Roof and Aquarium that can be paid after check in at the museum.
2012 – Blue & Gold News !!!
Pack 30 families the time has come for us to celebrate the crossing over of our Webelos 2′s to Boy Scouts as well as the 101st anniversary of scouting. We do this at our annual Blue & Gold banquet to be held Feb 25th. This years banquet location has changed and more information on location and cost is included in the “official” Blue & Gold flyer created by our very own Committee Chairman (woman) Stacey Rigger.
Blue and Gold includes a few, more than a few, fun activities that lead up to the banquet as well.

New Times and Location for Pinewood Derby
Pinewood Derby will be held at Crosswinds Church at 2120 Parkway Dr. St. Peters.
Practice/Trial runs:

7-9 PM at Crosswinds Church
Race Day:
January 28th
8-12 at Crosswinds Church
Webelos race begins @ 8am
Bear’s race begins @ 9am
Wolf’s race begins @ 10am
Tiger’s race begins @ 11am
Please show up 1/2 hour before your ranks race to register.
Please remember and remind your scout that we are guests at this church. Adults will be policing the area to ensure the scouts act appropriately.
